How does this impact our members?
The SCERA office will be closed to the public until further notice.
Staffing will be limited, so our turnaround times may be impacted. However, our first priority is to process benefit payments.
There will be no impact on benefits being paid on time.
Please try and use your MySCERA account and our website as much as possible to find the information that you need. All of the forms can be found under the Resource Center tab and can be faxed or mailed to us for processing.
SCERA has cancelled all seminars through May 3, 2020. Anyone registered for any seminar that is canceled will be notified directly by SCERA. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Our seminars will begin again once the County has given us the approval to open the SCERA office up to the public.
If you are retiring within a year please remember attending a seminar is not a requirement prior to retirement. Seminars are informational only.
