     Recommendation: Approve the Minutes from the meeting of August 5, 2025.
3. Benefits/Operations Topics
   1. Unapportioned Earnings Policy Discussion Recommendation:
      • Recommend amendments to the Interest Crediting and Reserve policy related to the use of Unapportioned Earnings.
   2. Follow up discussion from the 2025 Actuarial Valuation presentation
4. Follow up discussion from the 2025 Actuarial Valuation presentation
5. General Discussion Matters
   • Opportunity to advise the Administrative-Benefits Committee of new matters and for Committee members to ask questions for clarification, provide information to staff, request staff to report back on a matter, or direct staff to place a matter on a subsequent agenda

   • Opportunity for public comment on non-agenda items within the jurisdiction of the Administrative-Benefits Committee.
