Deferred - are defined as individuals who are not currently working for a SCERA-covered employer, have left their contributions on deposit, but are not collecting a retirement benefit. If you are not a deferred member you cannot use these forms. Please go to the forms page appropriate to your status.
Deferred Transferred - are defined as individuals who left SCERA-covered employment, deferred their retirement and developed reciprocity with another California Public Retirement System. If you are not an deferred transferred member you cannot use these forms. Please go to the forms page appropriate to your status.
Please provide all required signatures in physical form, as we cannot accept electronic signatures on forms due to the need for signature verification.
